The Speleological Education for Children and Youth Commission (SECYC) is a UIS Commission approved by the General Assembly of the Union Internationale de Spéléologie (UIS) after the 19th International Congress of Speleology, in 2025.  The Commission was proposed by Mariana Barbosa TIMO (Coordinator) and Luiz Eduardo Panisset TRAVASSOS (Vice-coordinator), and approved with 36 yes-votes.
